Is Norethisterone Effctive In The Treatment Of Infertility?

My period is delayed for 10 days from due date. Home pregnancy test is nefative on 4 times i checked. I was prescri ed fertility pills bh dr. from my next cycle. But my problem is the next cycle is still delayed. i want to conceive soon as my husband is going abroad after 2 months. i want tl use Norethisterone 5 mg from now onwards.will it have an impact on my fertility pills and attempt to conceive.

You'd have to do some cycling of hormones to get a hormone cycle going. So, one particular hormone is not likely to fix everything.
