Is Norethisterone The Right Medicine To Delay Menstruation?

I missed by period for the month of April but is scheduled to travel in May during the time I my period is expected to come. can I take norethisterone to delay my period. I am not pregnant as i already took a pregnancy test. I recently started some excessive excercise.
