Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

This shampoo is very safe and effective for dandruff Or seborrheic dermatitis. It contains ketoconazole which is an active ingredient in a lot of antidandruff preparations.
Ketoconazole has no interaction whatsoever with ciprofloxacin and belongs to an entirely different class of molecule.
You may use it every alternate days initially for 2-4 weeks.
Since dandruff is bound to recur therefore you should continue with an antidandruff shampoo to keep dandruff under check however reducing the frequency of use to once or twice weekly during maintenance phase.

Hope this information helps
Regards
