As per your query you have symptoms of tinnitus which isn t a condition itself but is a symptom of underlying conditions, such as increase blood pressure, stress, cervical spondylosis, ear wax accumulation, age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder. Need not to worry. Avoid touching ear or pricking it with any sharp object. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and to find out exact cause . Doctor may order certain tests like audiological test and high and low pitched intensity test.
