Is Ocupol D Drop The Right Medication For Dryness Around Eyes?

i have eye problem n i use glasses.But something like a drandruff or dryness appeard around my eyes.when i consult a doctor he advised me to use ocupol d drop and i also used till now.but that problem hadnot gone parmanently. what should i do doctor? please GIve me some idea..
