Is Olanzapine Advisable While Withdrawing From Temazepam?

Hi i have been taking temazepam, 30 mg for over 5 years. My doctor prescribed it to me because I cannot sleep. Suddenly, he said he cannot prescribe it anymore, it is a controlled substance. He did not give me a smaller dose or anything. I asked him how to wean myself off of it, he said take advil pm. well, that did nothing I feel awful. any idea cannot sleep he then gave me Olanzapine 2.5mg but I am afraid to take it. He said to try for 2 weeks for the withdrawl
