Is Orimoult, Recommended For Irregular Periods?

hello doctor.i took primolut nor last month for 20 days and on last 31 i got periods.i use this inorder to make regular periods.periods stopped on this month 4.but nw 0n 22 i saw brown discharge.till today .but no bleeding occurs correctly.can i take orimolut nor for next days upto 390,so that correct bleeding occurs
