Is Ortho Tri-Cyclen Safe For Epilepsy Patients?

My daughter has had epilepsy for the past 10 years. She was on the generic Necon 777 birth control for the past 7 years with no problem except breakthrough bleeding the last few months. The ob/gyn she saw today prescribed OrthoTriCyclen. She is currently on 200 mg Topamax and 2000 mg Keppra per day. Is the OrthoTriCyclen safe for her to take? Her seizures have been well under control and I don't want to take chances.
