Is Otobact-o Ear Drops Safe In Infants?
hello doctor,i do have 5 months old boy baby & he has some infection on his right ear.2 weeks back checked with one pediatrician doctor & they gave antibiotic of advent & last 2 days i can find some kind of dust on his ear again & checked with same pediatrician & she suggested one ENT Doctor.They cleaned ear & gave one drops(otobact - o).Is it advicable to use this drops? why i have this doubt is because long back my father in law used the same drops & he cant able to tolerate the pain.So pls advice what can be done doctor

The ear is cleaned and prescription Is given, hardly requires any drops now but u can safely use the drops prescribed. They r good drops for your child. Your in law may be having some other problem not to be solved by these drops. We understand ur concern but these drops can be safely used for a short while
