Is Ovacare And Folate Safe During Early Pregnancy?

i have irregular periods whole life 2/3/6 months apart. usg normal.29 years old.had a missed abortion ended with dnc last year(6 march).Now taking Ovacare, Zifolate, Letrol and Microgest 100 from 17th january. i have not got period. pregnency test is negative,maybe it s too early.so waiting for some days for next pregnency check. My question is, can i take Ovacare and zifolate if i conceived.?

You can take ovacare and zifolate tablets during pregnancy as both of these medicines are nutrient supplements. There is no contraindications for these medicines. In fact it's good that you are planning to conceive after consuming these tablets, there are less chances of any abnormalities.

Keep taking nutritious food also (egg, milk, milk products, vegetables, fruits, and fluids. )
