When you are indicating that you have cysts in both the ovaries, it is difficult to become pregnant as you might be having improper ovulation due to hormonal imbalance. Although Ovaral L is used as birth control pills, it contains Ethinyl Estradiol and Levonorgestrel in low doses, which is also used to regulate menstrual cycle and to help in timely ovulation. In persons with multiple ovarian cysts, it requires proper follow-up and might also need additional medications for proper ovulation and menstrual cycle process to set in and improve the chances of conceiving.
