General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is a mild reactive change in the lung like pleural effusion (collection of fluid).

If you are symptomatic no definite treatment is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
