Hi,

Yes, Pause-500 is effective in controlling the vaginal bleeding. Based on the history you seem to be suffering from post-coital bleeding. Pause (tranexamic acid) is an anti-fibrinolytic drug which works by slowing the breakdown of blood clots thus help to prevent prolonged bleeding. However, the underlying cause of post-coital bleeding if any should be detected and treated accordingly. Post-coital bleeding could be due to an infection, such as pelvic inflammatory disease or a sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia. Other causes include vaginal dryness (atrophic vaginitis) caused by friction during sex, cervical or endometrial polyp, and cervical erosion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
