General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have read your question and here is my advice.

The efficacy of the emergency pill decreases with time. Generally, it is recommended within three days. It may be used even after three days, but efficacy decreases. Having sex only once does not necessarily mean you get pregnant even without the pills. If the bleeding was your routine, this means everything is normal. If it is abnormal, it still does not mean that you are pregnant.

I hope I have answered your question. I would be glad to answer any further question if you have.

Regards,
Dr. Rahman.
