HELLO..THREE YEARS AGO I LOST THE SIGHT IN ONE EYE DUE TO GIANT CELL ARTERITIS. I AM STILL TAKING FIVE MGS. OF PREDNISONE DAILY. 1. CAN I EXPECT ANOTHER VASCULAR EVENT? 2. WILL I NEED TO TAKE PREDNISONE THE REST OF MY LIFE? I AM 71 YEARS OLD. THANK YOU
