Hello,

Premarin vaginal cream is prescribed for itching, burning, dryness in or around the vagina, difficulty or burning during urination, and painful sexual intercourse.

The spotting may be due to dryness in vagina and tamoxifen itself that you are already taking. Premarin is a safe drug so don't worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
