Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Blood clots in ovaries is likely to be a hemorrhagic cyst in the ovaries.
Your doctor has advised Primulet N in order to regulate your bleeding pattern.
It is not given for the haemorrhagic cyst in the ovaries.
These cysts mostly resolve on their own with time and no medications are required for them.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
