Is Radiance-HTN Study A Safe Procedure?

I m currently in a trial study for hypertension known as Radiance HTN. It is denervation of the sympathetic nerve. I may or may not receive the actual treatment or a sham procedure. What are the risks in such a procedure and do the benefits out way the risks?
