Is Regestrone Advisable While Taking Topamax?

hello my wife is epileptic patient and using topomac tabletes for last 10 years under doctor supervision. now she is haveing gynacological complications of excessive bleeding . On consultationdoctor has suggested t Stat 5 ml IV injections for two days . also use regesterone tablets daily three. pleasewe use these regesterone tablets while using topomac table.
