Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Regestrone contains norethisteron that helps in delaying menstruation period.

You should take Regestrone 5 mg two times a day, 4 to 5 days before regular menstrual bleeding date (6th/7th March) and continue up to 13th March.

When you discontinue the tablet, menstruation will come in next 1 to 2 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dholariya Sagar Jayantilal
