Is Revital Or Becosules Better When Suffering From Asthma And Osteoporosis?

Hello I am a 60yr old woman, weighing 54kgs and my height is 4.8''. I have been advised to take Revital by one doctor while the other recommended Becosules. I am asthmatic and also had a bout of osteroporasis. Please advise which one would be better and why?

You are an asthmatic patient and also having osteoporosis .
Advised to take revital or becosules ( one of them ).
Revital contains ginseng as well B complex ( all b vitamins ) , vitamin C and many more multivitamins.
While becosules contains b1,2 6 12 .
So in revital there are so many other vitamins besides all vitamins of becosules , in that sense revital is good .
This is the answer of your question.
But these both will not help in asthma as well osteoporosis .
Revital is better than becosules .
For asthma and osteoporosis , you should take treatment from some qualified physician .
