I am working in an organization where the work timings are from 10 am to 7 or 8 pm with high work pressure. I need to prepare for some examinations so I need to be awake n concentrated in the nights so that I can study till 1 am. But I am unable to do so as I am feeling tired n sleepy. Can I take revital tablets to boost my energy so that I can study at nights. Please also suggest when to use tablets morning or evening. Thanks in advance.
Revital is a nutritional supplement and generally indicated in nutritional deficiency. It is not for providing energy. Energy is provided by carbohydrates. You are working under pressure and reading late night which is bad for health. You can’t continue this habit for long term. Save some time for your health also. Advice 1. Revital – once daily any time after meal for one month 2. Sleep at least 8 hours in night 3. Avoid late night reading 4. Regular exercise at least 30 minutes for 5 days in a week 5. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables 6. Avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee and caffeinated beverages 7.
