Is Rimover Kit Effective In Termination Of Pregnancy?

Hello doctor, my fiance, aged 23 and I had unprotected intercourse due to which she conceived. Within 3 weeks of conceiving I bought a Rimover Kit(Ecogen marketted) after consulting with a local pharmacist and gave her. It is her second day of dose, however there is no symptom or bleeding yet. My fiance is a patient of hyperthyroid, and has Anemia too. I am worried whether the medicine is working or not, and also whether there would be any negative effect of it or not. Please help

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Ideally, bleeding should take place by 24 hours after consuming abortion pills.
It should work irrespective of underlying disorders such as thyroid illness or anaemia.
Abortion by use of pills should always be carried out under medical supervision.
Since the bleeding has not started yet, it is advisable to seek medical attention promptly.
