Is Rituximab The Right Treatment For ITP After Steroids, Trombopag, And Romiplostim Failed?

Hi. My wife was diagnosed with itp in Jan-22.since then we are taking treatment at american oncology institute/Vijayawada.They tried with steroids,trombopag,romiplostim but the condition is not improved.Now they are trying with rithuximab injection and now it is 4 week.we are searching for permanent Cure for itpp.could you please suggest me whether the going treatment is correct or not.if not what treatment we have to take and where to take please suggest us.

Rituximab therapy is one of the treatment option for ITP. There is no permanent cure for it, but the disease can be controlled with therapy.
