Hello, I have had two heart valves replaced with mechanical valves 10 years ago. I have been on warfarin all this time. My GP has just replaced the warfarin with rivaroxaban 20mg.I have read that rivaroxaban should not be taken when I have artificial heart valves.Could you please advise me.
