Is ST Elevation With Probable Normal Early Repol Pattern A Cause For Concern?

Dear sir, I am 54 year old male and yesterday I took a EKG, the results show as mentioned below: ST elevation probable normal early repol pattern - P:58, QRS: 70, T, 57, PR 191, QRSD: 105, QT: 396, QTc: 402. I exercise regularly, more cardio that weights.
