Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Casual sex at places such as brothels is a risk factor for STD's.
Protected sex with a condom is a must if you are going to visit these places in future as well.
My advice to you would be to have sex with just a single trustworthy sexual partner who has sex only with you.
A condom, if used consistently and correctly offers adequate protection against STD's like HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, however, even condom protected sex is not preventive against all STD's.
STD's like Genitals Herpes, Genital warts, Molluscum are not totally preventable by using a condom because a condom covers only part of the shaft of penis and therefore leaves a lot of potentially infected skin exposed to contact during sexual intercourse.
I suggest you to visit a sexual health specialist for counselling, physical; examination and appropriate testing
Moreover, if you notice any uncers/erosions, bumps or growth in the genital area you must get checked with a specialist.

Regards
