Is STD Transmission Possible Through Protected Oral Sex?

I was giving oral and actual sex last night... I received oral but once the sex came I put on a condom... However it ended up falling off and I kinda just did it but the person I was with had a tongue ring and we got a little aggressive... I came home and used the bathroom and I noticed little tiny red dots at the bottom underside of my penis and if feels like I shaved and cuts skin... Is this from aggression, allergic reaction to condom, or an std?

I understand your concern.
STD can be transmitted through oral sex.
But in your case, it might not be so. The lesions you have described looks more like mechanical skin lesions caused due aggression with the use of ring.
Kindly keep the area under good hygiene. Wash the area with warm water using mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily. After drying, apply Neomycin skin cream on the lesions. Do not have any form of sexual activities till the lesions heal completely.
