Is Schizoprin Causing Too Much Black Stools?

My 74 year old mother with 1 year old 'hip-prosthesis' is constantly feeling the urge to pass stool. only black stool and small amount is passed but that too without control she is on schizoprin. now she is so weak she cannot move. I need a psychiatric to check her at home as she is not mentally or physically movable. If hospitalisation needed then which hospital? we stay at Tollygunje Kolkata.
