Good Afternoon doctor, I can not sleep well because of lot of stress of work. When i get up in the morning i am not feeling fresh. I am asthamatic patient and regularly using Sereflow 125mg spray, so is that trouble me for all this. Doctor please guide me..?
I can understand your concern. Seroflo is not known to cause insomnia or depression symptoms. You do not need to change your medications of asthma. Instead, you need to take your job little easy. As your job is giving you too much stress, it is causing insomnia and lack of freshness in the morning.
Is it possible for you to take a small vacation or a break in job? You need to freshen yourself as you may need change from your day-to-day routine. In addition, try to find some time for your hobbies or try to cultivate a new skill by joining a new class. Meditation or yoga class can help too to relieve some stress. You can arrange lunch, dinner or movie with friends. Thinking about stressful job all day makes these thoughts occupy your subconscious even at night and not letting you sleep.
If none of this works and you feel your problems worsening, you should consult a mental health professional or psychiatrist for counselling sessions. He/she may also prescribe you some antidepressants/anxiolytics for some time.
