Is Silverex Ointment Effective For Iron Burn On The Face?

hello doctors i just have a face burn from cloth pressing iron . yesterday it was a light mark on my face but today morning it turned into black or dark brown u can say. someone suggested me to apply silverex oinment . please kindly advice me what should i do. will i be able to look the same way i use to with applying this ointment ??

Hi Dear ,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of iron burn on face. You can start Silverex ointment as that stay best for burns. Apart from that take a proper course of antibiotics to subside infection. Avoid exposure to sunlight as it can increase symptoms. Apply soothing lotions on skin. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist without any delay if symptoms keeps on persisting and start treatment after complete examination. Drink plenty of fluids for early recovery.
