Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

You seem to have dual concern of acne and acne marks/ scars.
The product that you recently bought is a prescription product and should never be used without supervision of a dermatologist.
Moreover, it is not meant for acne or acne scars. It can do more harm than good because regular use can case more acne lesions and resultant marks.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest that you use specific antiacne topical preparations like clindamycin 1% gel Or bennzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel for active acne.
At night you may use a topical retinoids e.g either adapalene gel or tretinoin gel, over the whole affected area.
Retinoids are anti-inflammatory as well as comedolytic and therefore not only benefit existing acne but would also prevent new acne formation.
Retinoids also help lighten post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and superficial acne scars.
Besides topical treatment you may also require Oral antiacne antibacterials like doxycycline, minocycline etc since you seem to have pus filled acne as well.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity.
Your dermatologist might also suggest you to take a few sessions of chemical peeling. Chemical peels are useful for both acne as well as acne scars.
Specifically for acne scars, a dermatologist usually has verious treatment options like microdermabrasion, chemical peeling, fractional CO 2 Laser, dermaroller etc.
The choice of procedure is guided by the severity and extent of acne scars.

Regards
