Is Sotalol Safe For The Treatment Of Atrial Fibrillation?
My doctor wants to give me sotolol for my a fib and insert a pacemaker, he told me since I already have a slow heart rate the sotolol will make it dangerously low but that sotolol can also interfere with the ventrical part of the heart concerns me. Is that initially or at anytime during taking sotolol?

If the heart rate goes below forty, atropine might be required.
