Is Speman Effective In Improving Sperm Motility?

Hello Dr, I am having issues with Fertility, I am 37 yr old, have done SA with volume: 2.1 ml, count 38m/ml, motility A:0%, B:22%, rest are non motile and morphology is My wife s diagnoses came all good. Please advise if I can take speman to improve sperm motility and morphology Thanks Rahul
