Is Sumo-MF Advisable For Fever?

Hi Doctors, My daughter is 9 months old, She has a fever since yesterday we started on sumo MF 3.5ml per day. yesterday fever has reduced but again there was a recurrence. my child was active and never showed any symptoms of fever. Usually her area around stomach gets warm whenever she has fever. Kindly suggest on Sumo MF dosage and can we use it when ever fever shows up.
