Is Supratret 0.04 And Klear-up Gel The Right Treatment For Pimples And Scars On Face?

Im a 23 years old female and i got pimples and marks in my face recently , so i went to consult the dermologist in my native and she advised me to use the "Supatret 0.04" and "KLEAR-UP GEL" for a month and also advised to use the skin care soap .
here my problem is im afraid to use these things because im not use any cream to my face till now, and my question is " may i follow her advice ? am i get any problem in my face after using this? " please reply me as soon as possible

Supatret is a brand of tretinoin and KLEAR UP gel is brand of clindamycin, both are used in the treatment of acne (pimples), however they should be used cautiously as tretinoin can make your skin dry, itchy and sensitive to sun exposure if used wrongly, it doesn't help much in improving scars. clindamycin can be used very safely with no much side effects. Final advise for you is that you can use all these topical creams safely but with strict observation of a dermatologist. They works miraculously if used carefully.
