Is Susten And Xyartz Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

hi i m 7 weeks pregnent.before 10 days i get an ultrasound in which baby heart beat had not cm n the sac shape is oval dr. advice me to take duphaston 6 tab in a day,biopreg 1 tab in a day,1susten for vag. use n advice me for the xyartz injection in alternative days...after ten days(after taking these mdcns)nw i again gt an ultrasound nw thw baby heart beat has cm.baby is seen n sac is now in round shape but the baby growth is slowit should b seven weeeks but instead it is showing 6 weeks now dr. prescribed me duphastong=6 tab,biopreg=2,susten=2,ecorpein=1,arg-9 sachets=2,predicort=2(in a day) and xyartz injection on alternative days....tell me is it safe n my problem will b solved by these treatment....
