General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Treatment of PD is complex and should always be initiated and monitored by a specialist.

There is no big difference between syndopa and syncopane but the latter contains an extra drug which works for PD. So both the regimes can be used. However, I would suggest you should stick to what your neurologist says.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
