Is TSH Level Of 0.39 A Cause For Concern While Having Thyroiditis?

hello doctor,i have suffering from thyroiditis. since 2 year.n two baby had miscarraged.my age is 30 years.the TSH level is 0.39 before 1 month when i was taking thyronom of 50 mcg.later i forgot the dose due to misunderstanding n inhale 100mg for 1 month. i am realy worried about the side effect of medicine.will u please explain about sideeffect? can i have chance of baby? thank u so much

Hi,

Normal thyroid level in. 0 .4 to 4u Milli units/liter. A low level indicates hyperthyroidism i.e. overactive thyroid hormone. Though your levels are just below normal, though it may not cause concern at the moment, you should consult an endocrinologist to find probable cause, start immediate treatment of advised for or be on guard by keeping in regular touch with the expert.
