Is TSH Level Of 105.2 A Cause For Concern?

Hi I just got by blood tested and TSH came back at 105.2 *repeated* Diabetic, Heart patient, and urinary bladder removed because of cancer. Currently going through PD1 treatment. Should I get TSH rechecked with another hospital? And why is it so elevated? Thank you

I can understand your concern.
Yes, TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level of 105.2 is a matter of concern.
Normal range for TSH is 2-5. So 105.2 value is considered as very high.
This is seen in the hypothyroidism.
This suggest that your body is not producing thyroid hormones adequately.
So you should take levothyroxin tablet once a day in the morning on empty stomach.
Get done repeat TSH after 1 month for titration of levothyroxin dose.
No need to recheck it.
