General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be fluctuations of hormone levels in subclinical hypothyroidism where you do not get any of the symptoms.

It is best to get free levels of T4 and T3 in serum and get back with results to discuss further management guidelines.

Do not neglect high levels of serum TSH just because you do not have any symptoms dear.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
