Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Allergic reaction to drugs may cause seizures at times. But seizures must be evaluated thoroughly. The following are few causes of seizures:
1) Epilepsy
2) Congenital defects in brain
3) Brain tumors
4) Drug abuse
5) Electrolyte disturbances like sodium or potassium
6) Brain infections like meningitis
7) Head injury
8) Electric shock

Just make sure your doctor has ruled out all the above causes. Levi pill is a safe drug. No need to worry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
