Is Tamoxifin And Letrozole Effective For Gynecomastia?

I have had gynecomastia for the last 6 years of my life, and I am now 18. I cant continue having these because they dominate my life. I am not able to pay for surgery, and I am independent and in college. It is not a weight problem because I am in good shape and athletic. It is a hormonal dysfunction. I've tried almost every diet, I just want it to be gone. Im unable to pay for surgery, so i have been doing research. Tamoxifin and letrozole are the things that I have found to help. Can you give me a bit of advice?
