Is Temikind Effective In Controlling BP?

I am aged 77 Years having 1. diabetic - for that I am taking 20 unit H/mixtred Insulin morning and 10 unit H/mixtred at night 2. For B.P - Xtan Am - Morning and Tenoric 50 at night 3. Clopivas 75 - at morning 4. pan 40 - at morning before break fast. Now the sugar and bp are all in control but my doctor who I am getting checked every month he suggested that Means he changed the B.P Tablets to Temikind Am at night Telmkind 40 at morning I want know is it ok and why is their any harm from earlier B.P Tablet which I was taking (sl.no.2). Please suggest me Madhava Rao
