Is Tetanus Vaccination Sufficient For Skin Laceration Repair?

I got stuck in my thumb with a carpet tack when pulling it up under the carpet, it s been over 10 yrs since i had a tetanus shot...it was a little prick drew blood for a sec then stopped i washed it and put alcohol on it and a bandage ...should i be worried?

it is only to prevent tetanus. can consult surgeon for treatment of injury.can be cleaned by sterile swab and apply nprovidone iodine locally. can wash it and apply beta dine lotion no need to apply alcohol.
