Is Tranquility Bath Salts Used For Addictions?

are there any therapeutic affects from these Tranquility Bath Salts if used as intended? I am a chronic pain patient who uses Epsom Salt baths daily to try to help with severe pain and came across these bath salts and people raving about the benefits of them, however, I am horrified to learn that people are using them to get high via ingestion, snorting, injection etc.
