Is Troponin Level Of 0.02 A Cause For Concern?

Hello, is a troponin level of 0.02 anything to concern myself with? I dont really understand it but I am a 31 year old black woman. I have been sufffering with chest pain, shortness of breath, feeling overheated, naseau, extreme fatigue, numbness and pain in areas. I have had mutiple er trips & they try to convince me I am anxiety. Im sure I do at this point.

This is not concerning value of troponine since this is still within normal range.
However, your symptoms may be sign of certain heart arrythmias or hormonal imbalance so you should do heart ultrasound and check thyroid hormones. Anxiety is common cause and always may be the case,but some organic disorders should be ruled out before it is attributed to anxiety.
