Is Tums ES Cherry Advisable For Stomach Upset In A Child?
I have a 6 1/2 year old great grandson who is complaining of mild upset stomach. He is 4 ft tall not sure of weight. The only thing I have is ES Cherry tums. Would it be safe to give 1/2 tablet. It only says keep out of reach of children on label

Yes, this can be given to help relieve his upset stomach if it is due to acid reflux.
It would not be helpful for nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If he continues to feel unwell or symptoms worsen then he may need to be seen.
