Is Turmeric Effective In Treating Arthritis?
I have a lot of arthritis. Take meds for this, but does not help very much. Before trying turmeric I need to know how it would affect my stomach. I have a huge Hiatal Hernia, and am careful about acidic and spicy foods. So, would turmeric affect this condition?

The turmeric plant grows in India and Indonesia and is related to the ginger family (it is a common ingredient in curries).Reduces pain, inflammation and stiffness related to rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA).
I don't think that it will have a negative 2 on you stomach so don't worry.
