Is Tylenol Advisable For Headache?

My son has been complaining of a headache since Wednesday I gave him Tylenol yesterday and then I asked him again today how was he fun he said his head still hurts the pain is about a 6 he feel a little warm gave him another Tylenol should I take him to the hospital

it appears to be flu. you have not given detail report and age of your son. give tab crocin and vit c. maintain hydration.
